The Challenge
Wentworth Corporation, a Canadian distribution company operating since 2002 with warehouses in Toronto and the US, had an outdated WordPress site that didn't reflect their current business. The design was dated, the brand catalog contained discontinued products alongside active ones, contact information was wrong, the site lacked lead capture, and the overall UX needed a complete rethink.
The Strategy
We planned a full site overhaul: modernize the design and typography, rebuild the brand catalog with proper categorization, add new product categories (Lubricants, Electronic Accessories), remove discontinued brands, implement lead capture, update all business content, and harden site security.
The Execution
Redesigned the site with a contemporary look and modern typography. Rebuilt the entire brand catalog — removed five discontinued brands, updated existing listings like Barkan with proper categorization, and added new brands (Promax Auto Parts, KROIL) with retailer purchase links. Created new product category sections for Lubricants and Electronic Accessories. Updated the About Us and Our Team sections with current company information. Fixed the site footer with correct contact details. Built a lead capture form routing inquiries directly to the principals. Addressed security vulnerabilities and brought the WordPress installation up to current standards.
